Transcripts and exports
How to download your session transcript in every language and manage your records.
Every Loquira session produces a full transcript — your words in the original language, plus a translation in every language your audience selected. Transcripts are ready shortly after your session ends and yours to keep forever.
What’s in the transcript
The transcript captures everything the system recognises during your session:
- Your original words — the source-language transcript of what you said
- One translation file per language — each language your audience selected gets its own file
Both are available as plain text, easy to read, copy, share, or archive.
How it comes together
The transcript builds live as you speak. Each sentence appears in your presenter view as it’s recognised, and the translation follows almost instantly.
When you end the session, the system does a final pass — stitching fragments together, cleaning up punctuation, and resolving any overlapping segments. For most sessions, the export is ready within 30 seconds. Longer sessions may take a few minutes. See Sessions and codes for more on what happens when a session ends.
Downloading your transcript
From your session dashboard, select the session and click Export. You’ll get a ZIP archive containing one text file per language:

...One file per language, no special software needed to open them.
Managing your transcripts
Transcripts stay in your dashboard until you decide to remove them. There’s no automatic expiration. All transcript data is stored encrypted — see Privacy and data handling for details on storage, encryption, and your deletion rights.
To delete a transcript, go to the session dashboard and select Delete. This removes all files — original and translations — and cannot be undone. Deletion takes effect within 24 hours.
A note on completeness
The transcript reflects what the system recognised, which may not be every single word spoken. During periods of overlapping voices, loud background noise, or very rapid speech, some words may be missed. This is normal for any live transcription system.
If transcript accuracy is critical — for press conferences, legal proceedings, or formal board meetings — we recommend reviewing the transcript against a separate audio or video recording before publishing or distributing it.
